These six documents are related to regulations to mitigate effects of data center developments of various sizes, specifically based on Marshall County's environment and infrastructure.
Four were created after many long discussions with and research involving ChatGPT Plus. The fifth is a list of concerns created by a local biologist who knows the area well. And the sixth is an Executive Order signed in August by Pennsylvania's Governor to protect the state and its people. It represents some of the most current thinking about the costs and potential benefits of data center development.
