Edgewood Extension

The site that the City is rumored to have received an offer on for data center development, dependent on the moratorium being cancelled and the developer having the ability to approve of any zoning regulations.  This is the property rumored to have been discussed in Closed Session on July 27th.  It would certainly be an attractive site to a data center developer.  https://www.marshalltown-ia.gov/696/Edgewood-Extension-Project
